Will my insurance cover a new roof after storm damage?
Often, yes. If wind or hail damaged your roof, your homeowner's policy likely covers repair or replacement minus your deductible. We document everything during the free inspection and meet your adjuster on-site, so the full scope goes on the record rather than the half they can see from the ladder.
How much does a roof replacement cost?
Most full replacements in the Charlotte area fall between $9,000 and $18,000, depending on size, pitch and how cut-up the roof is. Every quote we write is itemised and fixed — the number we agree on is the number you pay.
How do I know you're not a storm chaser?
We have been at the same Monroe Road address in Charlotte since 2009, we hold NC General Contractor License #78412, and we carry top-tier manufacturer certifications that take years of verified local work to earn and are withdrawn if you stop earning them. None of those are things a crew that arrived on Tuesday can show you.
How long does a replacement take?
Most homes are done in a single day. Larger or steeper roofs may take two. We tarp landscaping, run magnets for nails, and leave your yard cleaner than we found it.
