A roof shouldn't wait on a deductible
Most full replacements in this market land between $9,000 and $18,000. We publish that range because barely anyone in Charlotte does, and because on a purchase this size the monthly number is usually the real question rather than the total.
How it works
Four steps, and the first one costs nothing and risks nothing.
We will not talk about financing before we know what the roof needs. Plenty of inspections end with a repair rather than a replacement.
A real number for your roof, not a range. That is the figure any financing is built on.
See your terms without affecting your credit score. Takes a few minutes and there is no obligation attached to it.
12 to 144 months. No early-payoff penalty, so an insurance cheque later can clear it.
What it is normally used for
Insurance is covering the roof, but the deductible lands this month and the timing is wrong. The most common reason people finance with us, and the easiest to solve.
Your carrier owes for a like-for-like replacement. If you want a heavier shingle, a metal roof or a ventilation upgrade, the difference is yours — and it is a reasonable thing to spread.
Age is not an insurable event. A roof that has simply run out of life is entirely on the homeowner, and that is where a monthly number does the most work.
Financing is offered through third-party lending partners. Terms, rates and approval are theirs rather than ours, and we will never pretend to have approved something we have not.

Four questions and we will call to schedule. No cost, no obligation, and the photo report is yours whether or not you hire us.
Financing questions
Does checking my rate affect my credit?
No. Pre-qualification is a soft pull, which does not appear to other lenders and does not affect your score. A hard pull only happens if you accept an offer and proceed.
Can I finance just the deductible?
Yes, and it is one of the most common things we are asked. If insurance is covering the roof but the deductible is the obstacle this month, that is exactly the case financing is for.
Is there a penalty for paying it off early?
No. Plenty of customers finance the job, then clear the balance when the insurance depreciation cheque arrives, and pay very little interest for the convenience.
What if I don't qualify?
Then we will tell you plainly and talk about scope instead — a repair now and a replacement next year is a legitimate plan, and pretending otherwise to hit a number would not be doing you a favour.
Find out what the roof needs first
The inspection is free, and it decides whether financing is even the conversation.
