How Ironoak Roofing handles the information you send us through this website. Last updated August 2026.
What we collect
When you complete the inspection request we collect the name, phone number, property address and email address (if you provide one) you enter, along with the details you selected — the reason for the visit, the approximate age of the roof and the service area — plus the page you submitted from and the time. We do not ask for and do not want payment details, policy numbers or any other sensitive personal information through this website.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your request: to call or text you back about the inspection, to confirm a time, and to send you the photo report. We keep the details you selected so the person who calls already knows why you got in touch.
Text messages and consent
The request form asks you to check two separate consent boxes, and they cover different things:
- Non-marketing messages — inspection scheduling, project updates, and follow-ups on a quote you asked for. This one is required, because texting you about your appointment is how the service works.
- Marketing messages — special offers, promotions and service updates. This one is optional and you can book without it. Consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.
Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing does not stop us contacting you about an inspection or a job already booked.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use a customer relationship management platform to store contact records and send appointment messages; that provider processes the information on our behalf. If you ask us to help with an insurance claim, we will share what is necessary with your carrier and their adjuster at your direction. We will disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inspection requests and customer records are retained while we have an active relationship with you, and afterwards for as long as we need them for warranty, tax and legal purposes — a workmanship warranty runs 25 years, so job records are kept at least that long. Ask us to delete your record at any time and we will, subject to those obligations.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or opt out of messages at any time. Call (704) 555-0163 or reply STOP to a text. There is no form and no waiting period.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets first-party cookies that hold a random identifier, and it records the pages you view, roughly where you are (country, region, and city, worked out from your IP address, which Google uses for that lookup and does not store or pass on to us), and whether you tapped a call or text link or sent a request through the form. We see totals and trends, never a named individual. We do not run advertising pixels, we do not sell or share this data for advertising, and nothing you type into the form is sent to Google.
You can opt out for every site you visit with Google's browser add-on, or block analytics with your browser's tracking protection or any content blocker. Nothing on this site stops working if you do. Fonts are served from this site's own domain, so no third party sees your visit to load them.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
